The band was founded in 2009 by Julien "Julius" Logeais (bass-vocals) and Julien "Judy" Rosello (keyboards), and joined successively by Julien "Pix" Lamy (guitar), Leo Calzetta (drums) and Arthur Orsini (guitar). From the beginning, their musical writing leads to a modern, Hard Rock oriented style. The use of keyboards marks their inspiration from the Rock of the 70's. Until 2013, the band performed mainly in the region of Bordeaux. In April 2013, the founding member and keyboardist Judy left Berserkers. Valentin "Val" Sarthou replaced him, bringing a special touch with his use of the Hammond organ, common in the Rock bands of the 70's. In June 2013, the band starts recording their first self-produced eponymous album. The album is then released in early 2014. Berserkers defends this first opus on stage in western France, including Bordeaux, Montendre, Bergerac, Isturitz, Pau, Nantes, Rennes, Poitiers and Saintes between 2014 and 2015. In October 2014, Julien "Pix" Lamy decides to leave the band to devote himself exclusively to another musical project. In this new configuration, the band decides to start composing again to make a second album. One year of writing and six months of studio are then required to record, mix, and master their second album, entitled "Lock & Load", in the studio of Arthur and Julius. With this new album, Berserkers members have the desire to produce a more advanced musical result, both in terms of composition and level of quality of the sound production, which is fully operated by Arthur Orsini, the band's guitarist. It is also an opportunity for the band to work with several work teams, especially during the realization of two music videos and for the album artwork. Many beautiful meetings surrounded "Lock & Load", whose release is scheduled for summer 2016. The adventure continues ...
