A pregnant couple travels for the weekend to check on the house they rented on a whim for the remainder of the pregnancy. On their first night at the secluded home they encounter the dangerous woman, who claims to be its rightful owner. The film stars Derya Alabora (Innocence, When We Leave, A Most Wanted Man) as the titular character and Esin Harvey and Gorkem Mertsoz in their first starring feature film roles as the unsuspecting couple, who find themselves at the mercy of a deranged, damaged and desperate woman with a sinister past and a deadly obsession.

Press Quotes
Graphically violent in most unpleasant ways you'll be wincing with each stab, slash, shot or hit. Say what you will about the film over all, director Lutfu Emre Cicek knows how to mess up his audience right from the start so that we are on edge from the get go just waiting for the next nasty thing to happen.
—Steve Kopian, Screamfest
Writer/director Lutfu Emre Cicek is open about the influences on 'Naciye.' Even closed eyes can see comparisons to the signature suspense of Roman Polanski and overt similarities to Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo's French frenzy 'Inside.'
