Anyone who has been to the beach on a fairly calm day has experienced the hypnotic effect of the sound of the surf rolling in. I call this Mother Nature's Organic Brainwave Entrainment (OBE).

At the beach, we shift into a deep alpha state of about 8 cycles per second (Hertz, or Hz). This is also the fundamental frequency of the Earth's electro-magnetic 'brainwave', known as the Schumann Resonance.

The alpha state is associated with feelings of relaxation, well-being, harmony with the world, inner peace and bliss.

Like the ocean, you may notice that my music often rises and falls in sync with the rhythm of the waves. This creates a serendipitous synergy that is excellent for massage, studying and even falling asleep.

My Rhodes Mark 7 electric piano is not a synthesizer. It produces tones like crystal singing bowls or tuning forks, but played by a keyboard. It's my signature sound, and I am the only sound healer who features this wonderful healing instrument.
