On November 15th 1938, dockworkers outside Sydney refused to load pig iron destined for Japan on the ship, the Dalfram. They believed it would be used as bullets by the Japanese during their invasion of China, and they believed Australia would be next. Interwoven with the story of the dispute are interviews with remaining survivors of the Nanjing Massacre who recount a pivotal moment leading up to WWII that is seldom discussed.
