The album Black Bazar – Round 2 – is based on compositions by the legendary guitarist Popolipo Beniko and the talented bass-player Michel Lumana. Each track is full of atmosphere and deeply rooted in musical tradition, while also opening onto new avenues described by the German press as 'dancehall Rumba', orchestrated by the producer Francky Moulet. The sounds of Kinshasa, Brazzaville, Praia and Lagos come together alongside the traditional rhythms and beats that have set on fire the nightclubs of the African diaspora.
