Thanks to his endless curiosity for foreign cultures, BUDAM decided to travel the world. During his trips, he discovered many cultures and tried to bring them back to Faroe Islands where he worked hard to assimilate them. Inspired by artists like Nick Cave and Ennio Morricone, BUDAM is a mixture of different genres that can be best described as Theatrical Indie Pop. BUDAM represents the perfect marriage of theatrical brilliance and musical versatility. The music of BUDAM has its roots in old American folk music such as blues, country and New Orleans jazz, gipsy music and in the stomp genre.
