The Slow Drag, an Off-Broadway musical by Carson Kreitzer opened to sell out performances in a fringe theatre in London on February 14 1997. MORE THAN YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY LOVES MY BABY and other.The singing sensation, Kim Criswell stars as June Wedding, the wife of Saxophonist Johnny Christmas whom only after his death was discovered to be a woman.The other stars include West End's Liza Sadovy and Christopher Colquhoun. They are accompanied by a quintet of some of the finest jazz musicians currently on the circuit.Included as bonus tracks are five songs in the same arrangements sung by Kim Criswell.
