The Chrome Spiders were fronted by Michigan's most beloved Tom Jackson Potter, better known as Tom Potter from the Dirtbombs, Bantam Rooster, Seger Liberation Army and Choke Chains back in the 2000's. After Bantam Rooster went on hiatus, Tom put together his first full garage rock group and the Chrome Spiders started kicking out their own brand of sleazy, mucked up rock-n-roll. They released a 2 song 7" on Big Neck Records back in the day and afterwards hit the studio to record their debut 12". Alas, they disbanded soon after the recording. The result is this blistering 9 song rager swimming in dirty, filthy blues-scuzzed riffs and spit back atchtya with Potters biting, raspy snarl. This is what rock n roll is all about! Gloriously captured by Mr. Jim Diamond at Ghetto Recorders in Detroit.
