Rarely have critics been as unanimous as in the appreciation of "Clarion Fracture Zone". The Sydney Morning Herald is quoted with the phrase: "This is what jazz should be in the 90's." On the other side of the globe Patrick Hinely, editor of American magazine "Jazz Times" found their music to be "the best I have heard" at the North Sea Jazz Festival, Den Haag, Netherlands.
