Crystal Winds were established by Giannis Vrontis and Michalis Karpathiou in early 1999,but it wasn't until 2003 that the band started working regularly. Crystal Winds recorded their first demo titled "Sceptres of Eternity" in 2004 and released it the same year. Due to inner differences the band disbanded in late 2004 and reunited officially in late 2013. In 2015 the band recorded their first official album, an E.P. of four tracks and it was released by EAT METAL RECORDS the following year. At the moment the band have completed their second and first full length album ''RETURN TO THE DARK AGE'' which is inspired from their early influences (the metal bands of the 70's and the 80's), that will be released by SLEASZY RIDER SRL.
