Reissue of the second full length from Krakow, Poland's DORMANT ORDEAL. 8 songs of tight, relentless and technical death metal in the vein of early DECAPITATED, IMMOLATION, ULCERATE. Originally a one-man project, Dormant Ordeal came into existence in 2005. Three years and two demos later, Radek Kowal was joined by crafted musicians and project finally transformed into regular band. Dormant Ordeal's first musical output, More to Come EP, was released in 2009. The very same year, the band played its first-ever live show and boldly participated in many more in subsequent years. Debut album It Rains, It Pours, released in 2013, received numerous positive reviews and paved the way for band's second offering. We Had It Coming released independently in 2016 brought the band to wider audience that unequivocally appreciated its latest musical development. In 2021 the band have signed to Selfmadegod Recods to release the third album "The Grand Scheme Of Things" which was released December 2021, and a year later "We Had It Coming" has been reissued on the same label. DORMANT ORDEALS plays technical and dark death metal heavily infuenced by MORBID ANGEL, HATE ETERNAL, DECAPITATED, ULCERATE, HOUR OF PENANCE, FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE.
