Julius Caesar MacGruder (Anthony Michael Hall, Sixteen Candles), the outrageous lead singer of ''Hail Caesar'', a rock 'n' roll band, wants it all... fame, fortune, beautiful girls and a recording contract from Easy Street Records (fronted by Robert Downey Jr., The Avengers).
