Hank Thompson and his band were one of Capitol Records many early Country acts to hit the big time. Here are all of Hank's biggest hits from 1948 through to 1953 including 3 Country chart No 1's. Although not the first time on CD for any of this material much of it has only been available so far on high priced multi disc box sets. This whole CD was sourced from original Capitol master tapes and archive materials directly from their vaults in Hollywood, California.
