Intruder is an American thrash metal band from Nashville, Tennessee. The band released three full-length albums and one EP from 1987 to 1991 before splitting up in 1992. They signed with Metal Blade Records in 1989. With their second album, "A Higher Form of Killing", they moved away from speed metal to the thrash metal scene. In 1991 they released their final full-length album "Psycho Savant".
