McCoy known to most Rock Music fans as the Big Bad Bald Bearded Bass Player with GILLAN. That period of John's musical career is only part of John's impressive pedigree which encompasses producion credits on all of Gillan's Top 10 Albums as well as producing the UK SUBS only chart Album. "Think Hard..Again" was originally 2 albums. "Think Hard" was released in 1985 and "The Mini Album" was released in 1982 and made Heavy Metal Top 20. "The Mini Album" was recorded and released following the demise of Gillan and includes the beautifully sad track "Because You Lied" (a song for Ian Gillan). One of John's former sidekicks from Gillan COLIN TOWNS is on keyboards plus PAUL SAMSON on guitar.
