This group found ample time to honor the compository oeuvre of Randy Brecker, playing hits from the Brecker Brothers years like "SOME SKUNK FUNK", "SPONGE", as well as compositions from that era by Michael Brecker, such as "STRAP HANGING" and "SONG FOR BARRY", and new compositions by the trumpet virtuoso. For the first time in years, the Brecker Brothers unite on a stage - with a unique and excellent large formation: the WDR Big Band.
