Established in 1990 as most probably the first ever Goregrind band from France (Goregrind wasn't even a style of its own, back then...), Putrid Offal, like Dead, Gut, Dead Infection, General Surgery, Pathologist and some others back then, helped shaping the monster and give it life. First French Grindcore band to release a split 7" EP abroad with their 1991 split with legendary Agathocles on Seraphic Decay / Skin Drill (US) soon followed by their massibely cult split LP / CD with Switzerland's Exculceration (Wimp recs, 1991), the band got spawned from the rotting bowels of a bursting scene and died as quickly as they rose eventually giving birth to M.Pheral, an Industrial Death Metal band in 1994 (but that's another tale...). 20 years after their demise (2014), theyre(de)formed and 25 years after their inception (2015), they spawned their first full-length, "Mature Necropsy" which not only confirmed their cult status but also brought them hordes of new fans unaware of what happened decades ago and completely blown away by the new material. "Premature Necropsy: the Carnage Continues" is the compilation of all the material ever released by the band during the nineties: the 1990 "Unformed" demo, the 1991 split 7" EP with Agathocles, the 1991 split LP with Exulceration and the 1992 split with Supuration, Khromadeath and more, all remastered and with a complete booklet full of historic pictures, flyers, posters, etc.
