Steve Adam replaced Andrew Voigt, but otherwise ROVA's universe remained constant: a teeming cosmos of saxophone sound. 'For The Bureau Of Both' seems like a transitional record. Pieces such as 'Streak' take off from energetic riffs, but again one feels that their hearts are more involved in a big work like the 18 minute 'The Floater'.
