Finally available again! The second album 'Nuclear.Sad.Nuclear' (2005) by the American THE NUMBER TWELVE LOOKS LIKE YOU appears as a re-issue on SILENT PENDULUM RECORDS. Chaotic emo/grind/mathcore that's hard to pigeonhole. In 2002 JESSE KROMAN, CHREE CONGER and JUSTIN PEDRICK founded the mathcore band THE NUMBER TWELVE LOOKS LIKE YOU in Bergen/New Jersey. A short time later, the trio recruited three more musicians and the band released their 5-song demo. BRUTAL RECORDS became aware of the band and released their debut 'Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses' in 2003. Now the media and fans became aware of the band and countless live shows followed. In 2004 the band then switched to EYEBALL RECORDS (WARNER) and released the expected successor with 'Nuclear.Sad.Nuclear'. Three more EPs and two albums followed, which even brought the band chart success. In 2010, the band announced their dissolution. Six years later, JESSE KORMAN revived the project with a slightly different cast. Now on the road as a quartet (incl. MICHAEL KADNER from DOWNFALL OF GAIA), the band announced further tours and a new album. The band has always been known for their mix of different genres and influences. Grindcore mixed with math and emocore elements. But progressive jazz rock elements can also be found in their songs. For fans of DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN or PSYOPUS.
