The incredible ORGAN MARVEL IS BACK!

Tony Monaco: Hammond, Piano, Accordion & Voice Derek DiCenzo: Guitar Tony McClung: Drums Asako Monaco: Piano (Never Let Me Go)

The Definition of Insanity: When you do the same thing over and over and expect different results!

This Project is a new side of Monaco's music that explores his latest passions with an incredible band! You'll hear meticulous playing from drummer Tony McClung and guitarist Derek DiCenzo - the chemistry from playing together often is obvious! This is a real band that plays together and knows each others' musical personalities!

You'll hear it all: Funk and Jams, Latin standards, Italian and Vocal Classics...

In addition to Tony playing the accordion on an Italian traditional vocal, "Non Ti Scordare Di Me" (dedicated to his Mother), he takes it out further by recording the piano for the first time on a timeless vocal "A Song For You"!

Asako Monaco plays the piano on "Never Let Me Go" a vocal dedicated to Tony's friend, Roy Hargrove, who recently passed away (Hargrove and Monaco loved playing this song together). ...and don't miss "Awa Athar", a Monaco original composition based on the Awa Athar Turkish scale!

"With this project I wanted to present music that I love and do it in a way I love to do it without an agenda...I put my heart into it, a bit of creativity, and lots of hours behind the board. It was a lot of work, but I'm proud of myself."
-Tony Monaco

Press Quotes

Tony Monaco may be the best organ player you have yet to hear of flying stealth while playing arguably some of the hottest B-3 around. Mentored by the legendary Jimmy Smith in what is considered the more classic style, Monaco does not swing, smolder or smoke. Tony Monaco burns is this most fitting!
