Swedish clarinet ace Putte Wickman and John Lewis, the great piano player of MJQ fame, made a great performance at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival in 1984 which fortunately was recorded by the Danish Broadcasting Corp. The result is this CD titled "Slukefter Blues", named at the jazz club where the recording was made. Wickman and Lewis are joined by two of Denmark's best jazz musicians ever: Bass player Jesper Lundgaard and drummer Aage Tangaard.
