Denny Tedesco, son of guitar player Tommy Tedesco a member of The Wrecking Crew, isn't afraid of a challenge. The Wrecking Crew backed up a huge variety of artists ( Richie Valens to the Monkees, Cher to the Mamas and the Papas) and they all recorded for different labels. Securing music rights for a project like this package was not easy which also means a lot of important recordings are missing. The 74 tracks display the breadth of styles The Wrecking Crew had to play. While the tracks on the first three discs are familiar, the fourth CD is the prize. It contains 18 recordings, most taken from albums, which actually put the Wrecking Crew member's name in big print as the artist.
